Story

After discovering the lost civilisation of Omegapolis, Lara is studying Papazebigbos' testimony. The scroll speaks of a mysterious sword made of bronze and gold with which Andreas the mighty Macedonian warrior did many exploits while fighting savage beasts and enemies; and also of the will of the last generation of Omegapolis children to leave this underground place.

Andreas was an old man by then but decided to accompany the young generation in this journey with his faithful sword. Alexandra, Andreas‘ daughter, was with them. The last chapter tells of another scroll written by Andreas himself, where supposedly he wrote about the exact location of their final journey, which scroll he hid in the tomb of the Pharaoh Tut En Carton, a Pharaoh who was benevolent with strangers, unlike his successor who persecuted them.

Lara was sufficiently interested by this story to feel some sympathy for these people from the past, and decided to find the tomb of this Pharaoh by following the trail of Omegapolis survivors.

Andreas' Sword

Journey through a sumptuous adventure of rich texturing, superb lighting, brilliant room design and intriguing puzzles in search of Andreas' sword.

If you enjoyed Omegapolis, then jump into this because the story continues with the same masterful blend of exploration, challenge and puzzle solving, although I would say it does have a couple of rather obscure moments which affects the beautiful flow of the game.

The second and fourth levels are among the most intriguing custom levels I've ever played and I spent a great deal of time running around admiring how Eric built them and marvelling at how he put it all together. Personally, I believe Eric is going to become one of the most popular and admired level builders on the circuit.
