Story

According to a legend, Papazebigbos, a wise man, and Andreas Kikiouras a warrior, and the scribe Ioulou Xoserious are heirs of the Macedonian that settled in Egypt after Alexander's conquest. They married Egyptian women and lived in peace for years. However these families and their friends did not want to worship the Egyptian gods as did the other Macedonians. They took refuge underground (was it a good idea?) to escape from Listentothetep, a charismatic guru who excited some evil people against them. So the tribe settled underground, rearranging forgotten Egyptian temples and caves according to their own culture. They did not change everything though, because they had in mind the limitations of the level builder to come.

Twenty two centuries later, Lara Croft has found the entrance to their underground Macedonian civilisation.

YOUR QUEST is to retrieve Papazebigbos' testimony written by the scribe. There is also an alternative quest: finding the armour of Andreas. All 5 parts of the armour are in the last level but you will obtain the breastplate only if you've got 4 Macedonian gems from the previous levels, one gem per level.

Omegapolis

I had no idea what to expect from this adventure, and to be honest, knowing it was a first time level series from a new builder I sort of half expected the puzzles to be either fairly simplistic or outrageously impossible and the room design to be rather bland. I couldn’t have been more wrong on all counts! This was a pure Tomb Raider experience with clever and original puzzles that were challenging, logical and achievable, with room design that seemed almost professional in places.

My first impressions as I fired up the game was that it had an incredibly solid feel to it and that feeling of confidence grew the further I explored. The puzzles often surprised and were never dull, with a brilliant use of flipmaps throughout.

f you love puzzles and temples, then download this adventure, flex your fingers and your brain, and immerse yourself in Eric's world. The gameplay in the last level was almost perfect. You will be thrilled and amazed and stunned by the sheer scale of this epic. Be warned though, some areas are huge and will require hours of exploration and the challenges never give you a moments rest. Your fingers will hurt by the end of this but you will be rewarded with an extremely satisfying glow and stimulating images that will linger in your mind for days afterwards.
