Frosty Mansion Walkthrough

Wait until the intro flyby ends. Pick up the guns. Lara hides them in her pockets. She sees she's going to need them, although this is a empty house. Walk further, two bats will attack. Pull out the pushable block on the right and enter the stables. Kill the bat. She sees there is still a bucket for a horse grandmother used to have. Pick up the flares.

Leave the stables and go straight to a front door, where two big vases are. One of them is pushed away. Push it forward like the vase on the right is. Pick up flares and kill two bats.

You still can't enter the house, so go to the door, which leads to the garden. You see the two angel statues are guarding the exit.

Turn around, go to the statute of grandma (she looked that way in her younger years). You notice her beautiful roses grew up, although it's freezing outside.

The magic begins. Grandma with her power from the other world opens the front door.

Go into the house. Pick up the compass. Fire turns on. Go left in the dining room. Seems the house looks like it used to be, except there is a statue of a little angel. He dropped his little golden heart. Now the angel is asleep.

Pick up the heart of gold. Check to see if the door, where intro flyby went, is now open. No, it is not.

Leave the room, go straight through curtains and right to the library. There you notice the doors are locked.

Go back to the fireplace, where you picked up the compass, and go upstairs. You notice the burned ceiling above the stairs.

Enter the room. Something bad has happened. You hear your friends shout and grumbling. Light the flare and check the ghost. You notice the fireplace is guarding the two angels of death. It is unlit. What can that creature be, you wonder.

Check the table with books. You notice there are grandma's old glasses. Pick them up. Flyby camera opens the door into the bathroom.

Go downstairs to the bathroom. Door closes and you're trapped. Check the pool, on the ground is grenade ammo. You notice the doors on the left. They're closed. Swim out from the pool and look to the right. You see scroll and the ghost. Pick up and read the scroll:

Don't be afraid, Lara. Please help me.
I died earlier than expected
and my spirit is calling farewell.
My granddaughter is now caught
on the other side of the mirror.

Keep me alive with Powder of Life.
I will help you to open some doors.
Find a Golden Bible
and give it to an Angel.
With the help of her heart of gold
you'll find a way into the mirror.

The fire in fireplace turns on and the door in pool opens.

Swim through the door in a swimming pool. The door closes, you're trapped. Swim further and find small medi pack. Pick it up and swim back. The doors on the left are now opened, pick up the big medi pack and swim in the next room. Swim up to get some air. Swim down and pick up the flares. The door opens, swim further and turn left, to get out.

Climb out the fountain. Here you notice the vase is also moved. Leave it alone for now. Check the garden, where grandma's grave is. It is locked and closed. Kill the bat. Behind the pine is a hole. There is a secret. Pick up the snowflakes.

Go to the basement door and put mama's roses in the vase. Door opens. Light the flare and pick up the powder of life. Go downstairs into the basement. Door closes. Look around. Pick up the firewood near old table and chairs. One door opens. Push the pushable block and pick up the second powder of life. Second door opens and you can enter the next room. Ghost is locked in a door.

Go to the pushable block near the stack of chopped wood. The key is on top of it. Leave the key for now. First pull pushable block out and pick up the grenade launcher, which is under it. The door to a ghost opens. Now you can pick up the key safely. The skeleton will come. Kill it with grenade launcher. Give ghost powder of life, like she asked it to in a scroll. Jump back from the ghost after doing that. Door opens.

Swim out the fountain again. Now you can safely push the vase on its place and pick up some flares. Kill the skeleton.

Enter the house from backside. You notice the statue of an angel. Wasn't here before. Switch the bird and wait awhile. Door to the kitchen opens. Step on the old stove, fire turns off and you can pick up the key. You see there is still a chicken in pans, but now it is not crispy anymore. It is inedible. Climb up the kitchen cabinet and pick up some flares. Go through the curtains. Camera starts. Follow it straight to the next room. You notice skeletons are lying here on sofas. Who are they? What are they doing here? (Grandma used to live alone.)

Climb up the weapon cabinet and pick up the powder of life.

Go back and upstairs. Unlock the door and enter the room. It's a bedroom, untouched by the ghosts. Climb up wardrobe and pick up grenade ammo. The fire is extinguished. Climb through the chimney down into the next room. Enter. Skeletons will run into the room. If you're afraid, climb up on the wardrobe. Kill the bat, you can pick up the medi pack later. Kill the skeletons. You notice the skeleton under the bed and the bed itself is also destroyed. Destroy the left bed (if you haven't already). You find the second secret, frozen rose.

Climb on the shelf of the window and pick up the golden Bible.

Go back and place the Bible on pedestal in front of an angel statute. The angel becomes alive, it is breathing and shines. But it is not strong enough to help. Go through opened door. Angel with his small power opens the door in a chimney. Climb into it and kill the bat. Light flare and pick up the medi pack. Enter the room.

Here you see the skeleton under bed. Shoot it with a grenade launcher and pick up the key. The angel is also here. It is alive but it lost its power to open doors. Pick up the golden Bible. It is on the wardrobe. Place the Bible on the pedestal again. Now the angel is full powered and it can help you with its heart of gold. Unlock the door and go upstairs. Pick up the golden key on sofa.

You don't want to shoot the bed in a beautiful room, do you? Take pistols and shoot only the vase. The picture moves and you can pick up the grenade ammo. Leave the room and go downstairs to the ghost. Give it the powder of life again, so the fireplace will lose its death.

Go into the library and unlock the door. Examine the room and kill the skeleton. Pick up the key over the fireplace, unlock the door upstairs and go out.

Pick up the big medi pack on the roof and climb up the roofs. You see an angel left its heart of gold for you. Pick it up and kill the skeletons. They captured the sad blue bird that Mama used to feed. Give the bird life again.

Pick up the flares near the bird and carefully climb down and go to the gate which leads to the frozen garden. Place hearts of gold to angel statues and door opens. Enter the garden. Pick up the roses (Mama watching it). Climb into the empty pool and pick up the powder of life again. Enter the door and climb up the ladder. Jump backward and pick up the heart of gold. The bird is watching it. No one can steal it. Climb up to the door, turn around and jump back on the ice and take the poor frozen bird. Jump back to the door, place the heart of gold to an angel statute.

Enter room. Kill the bats. Push the block and pick up the heart of gold. Go downstairs and kill the bat. You can do that also later. Go back and place the heart of gold again. Doors open. Spirit waits in silence. Has nothing more to say. Give it a powder of life and climb the roof. Go straight and jump on the fence. You'll find a secret there, it's a big medi pack. Jump down and climb the ladder again. Go on the roof again but now climb into the hole. You can pick the medi and flares here, but it is not necessary. Mama, bird and the angel are watching for you.

Step on a bed and wait, the doors open. Pick up the key. The fireplace with angels of death is lit. Unlock the door and give the third bird a life by placing the frozen bird onto the piedestal. Here you get the powder of life, just in case you might need it.

Go back and go through door to the hallway. Place Mama's roses into vase and enter the bathroom. Step into the pool and clean the house of those bats once for all. Also if you didn't do it before, kill the bat near the statues of a dog and cat. Mama use to have them, they were friendly to each other.

Check up how Von Croy is doing. He is tired but everything is OK. He read a book.

Shoot the vase near the picture of flowers. Picture moves. Enter the room. You see here three skeletons on a sofa. Shoot them with grenade launcher before they are triggered. Now you know you can do that.

The angel tells you, you're near the mirror room. It will be watching the other side, too. Pick up the medi pack. Door opens. Climb up to the chimney. Jump down into the fire place and place a firewood onto it. The door into the mirror room opens. Go there. Fire is lit, there is now way back. Enter the mirror to another world.

Look, here are birds watching the place and also a snowman is here. Seems friendly, so just leave it alone for now. Wait the flyby, you'll see the poor granddaughter frozen on the other side. Pick up the snowflakes, if you like. Go right, you can enter through mirror, there is no reflection of living creatures.

But now you can't go back, neither can go left to a poor granddaughter. Go right and climb through the snow to the end of a room. There is a pushing block. Pull it out and enter the room. Mama's ghost is waiting to be released. Give her the powder of life. Pick up the book of Mama's love and go back to the frozen hole. Place the book on the wall and the mirror will break. The life begins on this side of the mirror also. The birds are reflecting themselves on four ways.

But where is the snowman? You can't see the reflection of it here. This is not a living creature. Attack it. He has stolen the book of Mama's love, and that's why the granddaughter is frozen. After killing the snowmen, climb into the hole in front of granddaughter's frozen reflection. Push the block and pick up the fourth secret - horse statue. Now you can place the book of Mama's love and leave the spooky place.

Enter the door. Read the Mama's last message.

Dear Lara, please show Santa to my
dearest granddaughter, although it
is not yet New Year and tell her
my message from the other side:
"Your caress brushes my cheek. My vision blurs.
Now I can rest in peace".

She's an angel now and she released her granddaughter from the mirror. Climb through the chimneys back in the main chimney, where the energy drink is. Pick it up and go into the house. With mama's last goodbye here is a Christmas tree and a Santa himself. Santa has a wooden knife, just in case some bats are left here. Show him to the granddaughter. Now she believes ...

Give the Von Croy energy drink, so you can leave.
