Story
Once again Lara is raiding through the City of Vilcabamba. But
this time she's a much more skilled tomb raider than she was
when she discovered this place for the first time. Quite a
number of details which she had not seen then will be revealed
and will lead Lara to the secret Idol of Vilcabamba. Are you
ready for the challenge?
*Please note that you can finish this level just as in the
original, without discovering the new areas. So search carefully
to find the hidden secrets of Vilcabamba.
City of Vilcabamba
This level is not simply a remake of the original City Of
Vilcabamba from TR1; it takes 'Majestic City Of Vilcabamba by
Ma.ximo' as a base and expands upon it. I thought this was a
very clever idea for a re-remake: switches are hidden near the 3
original secrets that open up a door to a completely new, never
before raided area full of puzzles, traps and ultimately the
Idol of Vilcabamba.
Secrets: 1 - The 3 original secrets do not count, only the Idol of
Vilcabamba registers as a secret.
